  1. How MeriCAR does help me for my car servicing requirements?Ans: We ask your “car servicing” requirements over the phone. We suggest “Servicing Package” based on your requirements. Once you buy the package online, we book your car servicing at “registered selected” car service center nearby.
  2. If i do not buy “service package” online, can i still get your service?

    Ans:  Yes, but you still have to register with us as a “member” by paying small booking amount. MeriCAR is “member only” service.
  3. I have “repair” enquiry, can you help me?

    Ans : Yes. You have to be a member by paying booking amount online. MeriCAR is “member only” service.
  4. Can you give me estimate before i become your member?

    Ans: Yes. We will give you only 1 Cost Estimate but give you 3 Estimates if you become a member. For “members” we help for additional DISCOUNT at selected workshops.
  5. Apart from saving, do you support after service? Any QUALITY check procedure?

    Ans : Yes. We release payment to car workshops (if you buy full payment online) after Customer FEEDBACK. Every customer has to report for any issue within 7 days of servicing.
  6. There are many listings on your website. Are all workshops are your registered members? How can i know which workshop is better than others?Ans: Currently, we have some of workshops with reviews available. You can check “car workshop reviews” or call us at our helpdesk to help you to connect to the RIGHT ones.
  7. Do you have customer response for package services?
    Ans: MeriCAR launched “members” program in 2012 and get great response from happy customers. View Videos of real happy customers.

  8. I am looking for buying new car and want to sell old one. Can you help in buying and selling cars?

    Ans: We do not help through Call Center, but you can send us an email at INFO@MeriCAR.com We may forward your enquiry to our partners and you must agree.
