1. Mericar.com Quiz is Free participation campaign. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this prize draw, simply answer and submit questions and fill out the registration form on the www.mericar.com website during the entry period, which is normally the start and finish of a calendar month. You do not have to get all the questions right to be eligible for the prize draw, and the number of questions you answer correctly will not affect your chances of winning. Please refer to our Privacy Statement before you enter, for information about how the Promoter will use your personal data.

• 2. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years of age and over, excluding: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its parent and affiliate companies, its/their agents, sub-contractors, directors or employees (together 'Promoter Affiliates') or anyone connected with the prize draw. Only one entry per person is allowed.

• 4. No alternative prizes or cash will be offered for the prizes. In the event that a prize is forfeited, an alternate prize-winner will be selected from an additional prize draw arranged by the Promoter.
