I found out about MeriCAR in Google search. When I called, the representative listened to my needs and was thoroughly professional. I was given the workshop details and told that the someone from the workshop will contact me. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by the service manager from the workshop. Overall am satisfied with the service provided. Overall I think this is a good intiative in a country where dealers are only bothered about selling the vehicles and dont care about After Sales Service.
